I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (License # LMFT-16182) specializing in attachment-based therapy. My training allows me to approach clients—whether individuals or couples—from a systemic perspective, recognizing that our earliest experiences often shape our views of ourselves, others, and the world. My goal is to help clients understand how they navigate the world and help them foster healthy connections.

As an experiential therapist, I utilize models such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I believe that true change happens through corrective experiences rather than merely being instructed on what to do in traditional therapy. I embrace the idea that "we can’t think ourselves into a new way of feeling, but rather we feel ourselves into a new way of thinking."
